We have been making the KRISK Bean Slicer in Australia since 1923 – which makes this amazing little gadget older and more Australian than Vegemite! It is exported to many countries around the world.

Additionally, we manufacture / assemble hundreds of products or components for our valued clients – from the design and development stage, through to shop-ready packaged items.

We’re particularly good at fixing import errors - those mistakes or botch-ups that come in from your overseas suppliers. Perhaps your product has arrived not-quite-as-instructed, maybe a tag is missing or the packaging is upside down. Whatever the problem, if Tatham Cutlery can fix it for you we will - with maximum speed and minimum fuss.

Our expertise has spread to such diverse industries as pharmaceutical, filtration, electrical, home wares, batteries and lighting.

Our injection moulding machines range from 16 to 250 tonne clamp pressure; our ultrasonic welders range from 200w to 3000w.

Do we Manufacture Cutlery?

No we don’t (but we did once).

Tatham Cutlery Manufacturing Company was first established over 85 years ago in Sydney in the year 1919. We originally made a range of kitchen utensils. The Bean Slicer has evolved, which we still make today, while others, like the cutlery, have become superseded.

The name KRISK® and Tatham Cutlery are well known because we’ve been around for such a long time, so the name still stays.
